SteadFast Logistics is a female-owned business thriving since its launch in February 2020. Founder and CEO Amrita Sookram always dreamt of becoming an entrepreneur and established what is now known as one of the leading real estate companies in Guyana. Now that the company is experiencing growth, we aim to expand by generating employment of real estate in Guyana, maintaining high-quality standards. We are proud to be the first real estate company in Guyana to achieve ISO #9001:2015 certification.
Real Estate
At SteadFast Logistics, we have properties to buy, sell and rent. These can be apartment buildings, commercial buildings, pieces of land or houses. The prices of these properties vary and are influenced by the location and the state of the property. This catalog has listings in all price ranges for customers with a low, middle and high incomes. By offering properties that are affordable to everyone, we can service the entire market of people looking to buy, rent or sell properties.
Property Management
Do you own an apartment building, several houses or one or more businesses? Then there are many things you need to take care of. SteadFast Logistics is here to help you with property management. We can provide you with detailed reports on the income and expenses of the building, so you have a clear overview at hand at all times. On top of that, we can provide you with a team of qualified technicians to deal with issues that may arise within the building.
